1. Who are Inovica?
Inovica are a web design agency that specialise in the development of ecommerce solutions for businesses of all shapes and sizes. We know that our system and the expertise that we have developed over the 15 years that we have been in business is well placed, because we run our own ventures, as well as getting our clients up and running with theirs.
2. How much technical knowledge do I need to run my ecommerce store?
None whatsoever. If you can browse the web, you can run your own ecommerce store. Our system is comprehensive, yet build to be very simple to use and navigate.
3. How do I contact Inovica?

4. What happens after I've contacted you?
Here at Inovica we pride ourselves on being able to work closely with our clients, building strong and lasting relationships. We'll come to see you and find out what you want to achieve from your store. Following an initial meeting we will do some research into your market and recommend a strategy to take things forward.
5. How long does it take to get my store up and running?
This depends on the level of complexity for your store, but usually you can be trading within a few weeks. We can also provide you with a template-based store within days for you to learn how the system works.
6. How much help do Inovica provide?
We provide help and guidance you all the way. From investigating your market, competitors and products through to providing a bespoke design and training it is important that we work closely with you. Once your store is launched we keep in touch - offering email support, further training, a store manual, training videos and downloadable help sheets.
7. Do you have any example online stores you have created?
Sure. We have several ecommerce case studies or please contact us and we'll be delighted to walk you through some of our projects.
8. I already have a store, why should I look at setting up a new one with Inovica?
The internet is a fast moving place and with many web companies coming and going you might be stuck with a stagnant ecommerce solution that isn't taking advantage of new online advances. Inovica have been here since 1994 and we spend a lot of time ensuring that we can offer our clients latest ini ecommerce developments for their store.
9. Do you ever take a percentage of what my store makes?
No! All transactions on your store are between you, your customer and your payment processor. We have no intervention in that area and do not take any percentage of what your store makes.
